2011/12 EVENTS

The Players are holding some major new fundraising events next year in preparation for the massive production of

"Calendar Girls"

We are hoping that you'd love to get involved in these as they are VERY exciting and being organised by event co-ordinator and Players Member Don MacKay!

THE EVENTS

October/November 2011
St. Neots Ghost Tour with live ghosts supplied by the Players.
Possibly two parties, one early, around 8 o’clock, for all ages and one later, around 10 o’clock, for over 16’s.

December 2011
Christmas dance at Priory Juniors school.. With our own bar and raffle, a visit from Santa in his sleigh!

January 2012
New Years Quiz night including fish supper or buffet at the Bridge in St.Neots.

February 2012
Cash/prize bingo, venue to be decided.

March 2012
Sports night. Pool and darts knockout competitions!

April 2012
Jumble Sale

May 2012
Find the objects in the shops competition. An object relating to “ Calendar Girls “ is hidden in shop windows around the town.

June 2012
Paper chase. Around St.Neots and surrounding area, taking in several pubs and eateries.

July 2012
Family Fun Day in the park. Open air recruitment day with our own bar and BBQ, although people can bring picnics. We will organise games, egg & spoon race, sack race, three legged race and wheel barrow race, possibly a swing ball competition with cups and prizes going to the winners. Finish off the day with an open air performance.
